Question: What is your turnaround time? 
Most orders ship within 5-6 business days, but please allow up to 14 business days for processing your order. If we cannot ship your order within 14 business days we will contact you via email. Business days do not include the weekend or holidays! 
Question: Do you accept custom lip gloss orders? 
Yes, we do. There are a few options. If you want custom colors, you can dm or email us a picture so we can see what it is you want..or if you just have colors you want put together you can just let us know that. You can ship us custom tubes you'd like us to use for your order. You will pay the price of the tubes and we will give you a discount on the actual filling of the tubes depending on the style. Or, you can find tubes (preferably on Amazon or Etsy) for your order. We will split the cost of those tubes with you and have them delivered to us so that we can fill them and ship to you. Email us for further information.
Question: What oils do you use in your products? 
All of our glosses are vegan, made with jojoba oil, coconut oil and vitamin e. Our glosses do not include mineral oil. Our rose lip oils are made with coconut oil, vitamin e oil, and castor oil. Our strawberry lip oils are made with coconut oil and vitamin e oil. If you would like us to use a different oil for your order due to allergens, please email us with your concerns. 
Question: What are your product ingredients? 
Lip gloss products: Hydrogenated Polyisobutene, Ethylene/Propylene/Styrene Copolymer, Butylene/Ethylene/Styrene Copolymer (lip gloss base), jojoba oil, coconut oil, vitamin e, glitter (if present) and flavoring oils. Lip oils: avocado oil, vitamin e oil, castor oil, peppermint oil, edible gold flake (if present) and organic rose petals. 
Question: Do you offer pickup for wholesale orders? 
No. We do not offer pickup for any orders at this time. All orders must be shipped to the address on file.  
Question: Can I use CashApp, Venmo or Zelle for my order? 
No, unfortunately we do not offer those payment methods at this time.
